Items may be returned or refunded within 60 days of the purchase date. A receipt or order number is required. Items must be unused and undamaged.

Items purchased at a discount will be refunded or returned at the price paid, not the original full price.
If exchanging a discounted item, the only way to honor the discount is to exchange it for the exact same product (same style, size, and color), if available.
If you would like to exchange a discounted item for a different product, the new item will be charged at its current price.
Game-used items and personalized/customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns and exchanges must be made in-store at the Team Store. Please try to avoid bringing returns or exchanges in on a game night.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and destination. Please allow additional processing time during new releases, sales, and the holiday season.
Yes! Local pickup is available for online orders. Once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with pickup instructions. Please wait for this notification before coming to the Team Store.
Yes. Please contact us ahead of time and provide the name of the person who will be picking up the order. They may be asked to present a photo ID.
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
Restock availability varies by item. Some products are seasonal or limited edition and may not return once sold out. If you are looking for a specific item, please contact us and we will be happy to check availability.
We carry a variety of sizes including toddler, youth, and adult apparel. Most apparel is offered in unisex sizing unless otherwise noted in the product description. We generally recommend ordering your normal t-shirt size for the best fit.
Jerseys are designed to fit over hockey equipment and therefore fit larger than standard apparel. We recommend ordering the same size you normally wear in a t-shirt.
Many customers assume they need to size up to wear a hoodie underneath their jersey, but this is usually not necessary due to the jersey's intentionally oversized design.
If you prefer a more fitted look, consider sizing down one size from your normal t-shirt size.
Please note that hockey jerseys are constructed with extra room in the shoulders and upper arms to accommodate equipment. Even when sizing down, some additional space in these areas is normal and expected.
Yes. Unused and unworn items may be exchanged in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy. Please note that customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

To help extend the life of your apparel, we recommend washing garments inside out and avoiding excessive heat whenever possible.

To help preserve logos, numbers, nameplates, and patches, we recommend washing jerseys inside out using cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid washing jerseys with items that contain zippers, Velcro, or other rough materials that may cause damage.
Whenever possible, air drying is recommended. High heat may damage or shorten the lifespan of decorative elements.
The Team Store is unable to repair damaged apparel or jerseys. If you have concerns about a recently purchased item, please contact us and we will be happy to review the situation.
Beginning October 1, 2025, the Quad City Storm is CASHLESS. This includes the Team Store and Pro Shop on both weekdays and game days. We will continue to accept all major credit and debit cards, along with digital payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. For information on using Visa gift cards or store-issued certificates, please see our Gift Cards / Gift Certificates section below.
Gift certificates must be purchased and redeemed in-store only; they are not available for online purchase or use. Each certificate must be used in full at the time of use, as we cannot reissue or refund any remaining balance. For added flexibility, we recommend buying smaller denominations (for example, multiple $25 certificates instead of one $100 certificate). Multiple certificates may be applied to a single in-store transaction.
Please note: Visa gift cards and other prepaid or reloadable gift cards can only be processed for purchases less than or equal to the amount loaded on the card. We are unable to split transactions across multiple prepaid gift cards, so please ensure your purchase total does not exceed the available balance.
All Season Ticket Members (STMs) receive 20% off online and in-store purchases (some exclusions may apply). Returns and exchanges for discounted items follow the same guidelines outlined above. We do not currently offer military or student discounts. Any other discounts or promotions will be announced on our social media channels and are only valid during the listed time period.
