Jerseys must be purchased prior to or at the time of submitting a customization request. We cannot customize jerseys that are not official Quad City Storm products.

Full payment for customization is required before your order is processed. All customized jerseys are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Production timelines may vary. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation and follow-up communication regarding your customization.

Please note: we have switched to a new customization provider. As a result, custom jerseys no longer include shoulder numbers or C/A patches. Exact colors, fonts, and effects may not be precisely replicated as they appear on authentic jerseys.
